1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LazeeFish ("the Service"), operated by LazeeFish ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

LazeeFish is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to connect bank accounts via Plaid, import and categorize transactions, and view spending summaries. The Service is available at lazeefish.com.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lazeefish.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

4. Third-Party Services — Plaid

LazeeFish uses Plaid Inc. to connect to your financial institution accounts. By linking a bank account, you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (plaid.com/legal). LazeeFish is not responsible for Plaid's actions, omissions, or the availability of Plaid's services.

You authorize LazeeFish to obtain financial data from your linked institutions via Plaid solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data you enter manually into the Service.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures we have in place.
• Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data on behalf of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of LazeeFish and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial finance tracking purposes.

You retain ownership of any financial data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any financial data imported from third-party sources.

LazeeFish is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional for such advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAZEEFISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAZEEFISH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LazeeFish and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@lazeefish.com. We will process account deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
